Runtime Cost Allocation Software

Time stamped meter data is processed in site specific software that converts the coded data into an ACCESS database format which is then used for runtime reporting. The runtime report is output in Excel format to a cost allocation workbook for tenat bill calculation and bill generation.

  • All software is deveoped using MS VisualBasic so that it can be easily editted - to add transmitters to a system as an example.
  • The output is in Excel format so that conventional MS Office tools can be used for bill processing
  • The reporting capabilites include extensive diagnostics and tenant "on/off" reports. The "on/off" reports document the actual time and date of all runtime events in order to eliminate tenant challenges.
